**About the Role**

We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Manager to join our team at ibis Styles Barnsley. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage front office operations, including reception, bar, restaurant, and conference facilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellent service standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth hotel operations
* Participate in duty management and contribute to the overall success of the hotel

**What We Offer:**

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in hotel front office operations
* Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with PMS systems, such as Opera
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
