Support Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team in Bedworth, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex health needs, and autistic spectrum disorders.
Salary Information
The hourly rate for this position is £11.44.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering person-centered care and support to residents.
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and household chores.
- Encouraging residents to engage in social activities and pursue their interests.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A DBS check (paid for by the employer).
- A willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a similar role, although not essential.
