We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to provide a resolution-focused surveying service, ensuring excellent customer service at every stage to enhance the reputation of our Housing property service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending on-site in response to emergencies, such as forcing entry with contractors to trace and remedy water leaks.
  • Supporting consultation with customers on repairs and service charges that require Section 20 notices, ensuring follow-on actions are recorded and feedback is taken into account.
  • Carrying out audits and post-inspections to ensure we are satisfied with the quality and condition of work, in adherence to legislation and statutory compliance.

As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with our team to provide a high-quality service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
