We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Operations Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Domiciliary Homecare Provider based in Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients.

As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care teams, ensuring seamless delivery of care services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting regular spot checks to ensure adherence to care plans and company policies.
  • Liaising with family members and external agencies to provide exceptional client support.
  • Identifying training needs and providing guidance to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will have a starting salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE, depending on experience.
