Job DescriptionAs a Lecturer in Mathematics, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and interactive lessons in areas such as GCSE retakes, Functional Skills, and apprenticeship programmes. Your passion and dedication will create a supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
- Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and ensure curriculum relevance
- Contribute to the development of assessment and evaluation strategies
To apply for this role, you will need a level 3 qualification in mathematics or a related subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to gain a teaching qualification). While experience in further education is advantageous, we welcome applications from individuals with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
