Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lookers Audi Hamilton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as vehicle health checks, servicing, and repairs. You will also be required to work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

A strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment are essential for this role. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out vehicle health checks and routine maintenance tasks
  • Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Take customers' vehicles out on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified
  • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
