Tour Accounting Specialist

A challenging and exciting role has become available for a Tour Accountant to work in the Music Industry. Working for a leading International Music practice, the role will be looking after some extremely successful and well-known artists with Touring and general accounting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage artist and performer accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments.
- Oversee production accounts and touring accounts, including expenses and budgeting.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and artists to provide financial guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Process bank reconciliations, sales, and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle tax duties, including VAT and ad-hoc projects, with precision and attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Music / Entertainment Industry and Tour accounting.
- Strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial regulations.
- Ability to work closely with artists and management teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- AAT qualification or equivalent.
