Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Lifting Equipment Specialist Apprentice to join our team at Speedy Services. As a key player in our depot operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of our hire equipment and services to our customers.

In this exciting role, you will participate in our structured three-year training programme, which includes theoretical and practical training provided by our experienced colleagues and college partners. Upon completion, you will hold a Level 3 Lifting Technician apprenticeship standard and associated End Point Assessment (EPA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the safe and efficient delivery of hire equipment and services to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade 4/Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
  • Able to work at height and comfortable with machinery, mechanics, and electrics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
