You will work closely with clients, negotiating access and settling agricultural damages while advising them on legal notices affecting their operations.   • Acquire land rights, environmental, and planning consents required for utility projects
  • Value and settle agricultural losses associated with utility works
  • Interpret legal notices and complete options appraisals for client business decisions
  • Liaise between Grantors and Client Project Teams, advising on scheme implications and contributing to solutions
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in rural estate/land management, agriculture, or environmental consent acquisition
  • Professional accreditation like MRICS/AssocRICS/FAAV is desirable but not essential
  • Utility or infrastructure project experience would be beneficial
