Business Development Executive

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive - Events to join our sales team at Daytona Sports. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a passion for the events industry.
As a Business Development Executive - Events, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and meeting targets.
Requirements:
- Personality: You are a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, driven by quality and profit.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
- Business and Selling Skills: You are an excellent telephone communicator comfortable dealing with executives and private individuals. Previous experience in event or hospitality sales is advantageous, and a passion for motorsport is a plus.
