Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Trainee Account Manager to join our team. As a Trainee Account Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of our business, gaining exposure to senior management and hands-on experience of our operations.

You will work alongside our front-line engineering staff across various sites, providing high-end technical service field work to our key clients. Our programme is designed to help you understand how the business works, before moving into a role with your own customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide technical service field work to our key clients
  • Work alongside our front-line engineering staff across various sites
  • Gain exposure to senior management and hands-on experience of our operations
  • Develop industry knowledge through a structured field-based training program
Requirements
  • Ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and/or strong communication skills
  • Curiosity and confidence in using your initiative for problem-solving
  • Positive attitude, passion for self-development, and desire to maximise opportunities presented
  • Full UK driving license
  • Science degree (desirable) or A levels
