Aquatic Educator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nuffield Health Twickenham Gym | Pool | Bank | Part Time. As an Aquatic Educator, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective swimming lessons for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a confident and approachable manner, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching people of all ages and abilities how to swim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to swimmers to help them improve their skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers
• Promote our facilities and services to existing and potential customers

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £22.00 per hour, depending on experience, and enjoy a range of benefits, including access to our pension scheme, discounted gym membership, and holiday time in line with the Working Time Directive.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a talent for teaching and coaching.
