About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory bodies, and internal policies.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address these areas, ensuring that our services are continuously improving.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and compliance goals, including the Quality and Compliance Coordinator.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication and reporting systems to ensure that quality and compliance information is shared across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
