We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FM Cleaner to join our team at BAM UK & Ireland. As an FM Cleaner, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings in accordance with our high standards.
• Ensure all floors, walls, partitions, and internal woodwork are clean and well-maintained.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and catering areas, toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Perform special cleaning programs during designated periods.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant personnel.
• Ensure the security of premises by securing entrances and exits as necessary.
• Monitor and manage stock and supplies, cataloging as required.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, although it is not essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
