About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Apprentice Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our vehicle maintenance and repair team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members' vehicles are safely and efficiently repaired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced technicians in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of vehicles
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle systems and components
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
  • A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
