As a Radiation Therapist - Gamma Knife Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate treatments and providing excellent care and support to patients in need of Stereotactic Radiosurgery/Stereotactic Radiotherapy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Gamma Knife equipment, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient treatment delivery. They will also interpret, monitor, and evaluate treatment prescriptions to guarantee precise and reproducible results.

In this role, you will work closely with the Gamma Knife Manager to coordinate treatments and optimize resource utilization. You will also provide expert clinical practice, using highly developed communication skills to support patients and carers in informed decision-making.

The Gamma Knife team is a small, compassionate group of dedicated professionals working in a multi-professional environment. As a Radiation Therapist - Gamma Knife Specialist, you will be part of this team, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining the Gamma Knife equipment
  • Interpreting, monitoring, and evaluating treatment prescriptions
