Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Candy Hoover Group S.r.l. as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across the region, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair appliance issues in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of appliance repair
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications

  • £32,916 per annum starting salary (with potential to earn £37,304 once fully trained)
  • £37,304 per annum starting salary (with recent White Goods Engineering experience)
