We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at Silcom Recruitment Limited. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new commercial clients for vehicles, such as fleet operators, leasing companies, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new commercial clients and grow revenue in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations for commercial vehicles to potential clients.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts for vehicle purchases or leases with commercial clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking metrics and forecasts, and providing regular updates to management.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and finalisation of sales contracts and agreements for commercial vehicles.
Basic Salary: £20,000 + £45,000 OTE UNCAPPED + Company vehicle
Hours: Monday - Saturday (includes one day off each week)
One Saturday off per month, providing a full weekend off each month
