Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Graphic + Video Designer with graphic design business needs from conception to delivery, covering organic social, paid social, email newsletters, onsite imagery, marketing collateral, and more.
  2. Ensure Brand Consistency across all customer touchpoints and projects, acting as a guardian of our brand's visual identity.
  3. Stay Ahead of the Curve by keeping up-to-date with industry developments and fresh creative concepts relevant to our customer base and in line with our brand's tone of voice.
  4. Liaise between the marketing, creative, and ecom teams to ensure deadlines are met when required.
  5. Develop Industry Knowledge and stay informed about the latest design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.).
  2. Basic video editing experience and knowledge.
  3. A personal portfolio reflective of your talents and skills, or experience in designing for an aspirational brand.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
  5. Excellent Time Management and resilience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Effective Communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and appropriately with colleagues.
  7. Adaptability and the ability to be versatile and adapt to a variety of styles (evidence of this in portfolio).
  8. Ambition and a desire to grow within the role and the business.
