At Precision People UK, we are seeking a seasoned recruiter to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead. This exciting role involves overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, utilising and optimising recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent. They will lead comprehensive onboarding programmes for new hires, set clear performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
    • Manage the recruitment process for internal hires, from initial application to final selection.
    • Utilise and optimise recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent, including CRM systems and job boards.
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Coaching:
    • Set clear performance metrics and goals for new hires, and regularly monitor their progress.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help new hires overcome challenges and achieve their targets.
  • Development and Upskilling:
    • Conduct regular audits of the recruitment team's processes and quality of delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
    • Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing team members.
