Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us on our mission. As an International Operations Intern, you will be representing our brand in person, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

The Role

We are seeking university students or recent graduates who are eager to gain genuine work experience, vocational placement, or an internship in our Depot in Newbridge - Edinburgh.

As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service to our guests, including check-ins and check-outs, registering guests, processing payments, and explaining campervan functionalities.
  • Handling front-office activities, such as customer service and sales, and back-office activities, including operations handling, quality control, and support activities.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and are comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
