Main Responsibilities

  • Develop responses & guidance to strategic briefs from global clients, ensuring best-in-class thinking & global consistency.
  • Foster strong relationships with global clients, understanding their key issues and challenges.
  • Drive deep consumer understanding as a starting point for all brief responses.
  • Enable client brand ambitions through human insights, better communication design & effective implementation.
  • Drive thought pieces on the changing media landscape and the role of dentsu X within an integrated mix.
  • Develop recommendations on market clustering and portfolio prioritization.
  • Leverage econometrics and business analytics to develop media implementation guidelines.
  • Drive excellent use of insights & planning tools on client briefs to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop creative ideas, media partnerships and innovations based on the communications strategy.

Qualifications + Skills

  • 5+ Years of experience in media, with deep knowledge of communications planning tools and processes.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing and communications strategies for multi-market clients.
  • Excellent client advisory skills, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive your agenda through influence.
  • Strong persuasion and selling skills, with the ability to mentor and develop individuals.
