Junior Sous Chef - A Great Opportunity

You're a passionate chef who loves cooking with fresh ingredients. We're a team that shares your enthusiasm for real cooking. Our customers appreciate it too, and it's what sets us apart. We're looking for someone to join us in delivering high-quality dishes, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef.


As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for supporting the prep and ensuring each dish meets our standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about what they do.

What We're Looking For:

  • You're likely an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step.
  • You'll have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • You'll be self-motivated and able to work at pace with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
