Criminal Justice Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Justice Team Leader to join our team at Morgan Hunt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, leading a multidisciplinary team to make a positive impact on individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance, effective supervision, and adherence to internal and external policies.
- Empower team members to make choices, take initiative, and create opportunities for service users to realise their full potential.
- Collaborate with the designated safeguarding lead to ensure procedures are in place to identify and mitigate risks to service users, children, and families.
- Verify that interventions are effective in reducing risk to clients.
- Provide prompt, values-based feedback to employees to improve service user outcomes.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Hold a degree or equivalent relevant experience in education.
- Proven expertise in creating, managing, and delivering high-quality health and social care services.
- Considerable experience managing teams providing social care interventions to families.
- Familiarity with current laws and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
