We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Specialist to join our team at Datamaran. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless adoption and ongoing use of our ESG platform by enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and ESG, and has a strong background in customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships from onboarding to renewal, including regular cadence check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure renewals and maximise upsell opportunities.
  • Project managing the customer onboarding experience with the I&T Manager and technical training.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Professional working knowledge of ESG (Materiality and CSRD).
  • Key stakeholder experience within Enterprise clients and customers.
