About the Job

The role of a Support Worker at Affinity Trust involves providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, accompanying individuals on outings, and promoting social interaction and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and household maintenance
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's physical or mental health
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing the needs of individuals with disabilities. A full UK driving license is required, as you will need to transport individuals in a mobility vehicle.
