Role Overview

We are seeking a HR Shared Service Administrator to join our newly formed HR Shared Services team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. In this varied role, you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service across a range of activities with exposure across the whole employee lifecycle from Recruitment and onboarding to everyday HR queries and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR Shared Services Manager and the Head of Shared Services to deliver an efficient HR administration service to all dnata Catering UK sites/employees and to ensure excellence in customer service
  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Answering all employee inquiries via the HR inbox
  • Take up references for all new joiners and respond to reference requests from other third parties, communicating with the HR team promptly where references may not be satisfactory
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team (Compliance/HRBPs/Regional Directors)
  • Support with HR-related projects as and when required
  • Password resets

Requirements

  • Experience within a fast-paced working environment
  • Admin experience
  • Strong customer service skills are essential, and they must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel
