Bramwith Consulting is a highly regarded £Multi-Billion FMCG firm with an ever-growing global procurement function. We are seeking 3x ambitious procurement professionals to drive innovation, cost savings and efficiency across several business-critical areas; Logistics and MRO.

This standout opportunity enables you to manage the end-to-end sourcing process across all subcategories within packaging and deliver a competitive advantage to our Global food giant client. Logistics and MRO are pivotal areas for us due to the volume of market leading products within our portfolio and the global scale of our operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on either Logistics or MRO procurement initiatives for various subcategories by influencing, developing and implementing category strategies utilised across regional locations.
  • You will collaborate effectively with local and international procurement departments to add value and improve spend and efficiencies across the wider business.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as part of a wider procurement function, adding value to the packaging procurement function.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, establish terms of investment and budget for related categories and provide price forecasts, market intelligence and cost analysis.
  • Progress your procurement career in a fast-paced environment for one of the world's largest and most established food companies.

Category Buyer Desired Background:

  • 1-4 years procurement experience, end-to-end sourcing practices expertise.
  • Procurement experience from strategy to execution – to establish credibility with customers.
  • Track record of progression and achievements in previous procurement roles.
  • Purpose lead, agile, collaborative, resilient, positive.
  • Strong Academics (2:1).

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract top talent and ensure we remain a leader in the industry.
