## Multi Skilled Tradesman Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced multi skilled tradesman to join our maintenance team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned repair work on domestic social housing properties.

### Key Responsibilities

* Carry out a range of tasks including carpentry repairs, patch plastering, tiling, and painting
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

### Requirements

* 3 years minimum experience as a tradesman in a maintenance role
* NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
* Full UK driving licence
