We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team at The Goodwood Estate.

As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

You will work closely with our team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service, manage front-of-house operations, and maintain the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, handling reservations, and coordinating with the kitchen and other departments.
  • Contribute to the success of our hotel and restaurant, working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care, ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
