Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hospital facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain central areas of the hospital, including public spaces and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in wards, bathrooms, and other areas.
  • Participate in the delivery of excellent patient care by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
