Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Agent to join our team based in the West Midlands, covering various areas. The successful candidate will work closely with Severn Trent Water on their Capital Delivery Framework, as part of its c£2 billion capital programme for AMP7 and AMP8.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise site operations, ensuring all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
· Coordinate temporary works and ensure compliance with construction contract law and forms of contract.
· Champion Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment, putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and strive for excellence through understanding, anticipating, and meeting customer needs.

Requirements:
· Degree level qualification in a relevant engineering subject.
· Temporary Works Coordinator qualification/experience.
· Strong knowledge of construction contract law and forms of contract through formal training.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
