Microbiologist Technologist

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general microbiology laboratory practical duties, including GMP/GLP tasks, environmental control, endotoxin, sterility, and microbial limit testing, as well as sterilization and microbial analysis of raw materials, components, intermediates, and final products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting environmental control, endotoxin, sterility, and microbial limit testing
• Supporting senior microbiology technologists and team managers in generating reports and producing testing protocols
• Assisting in the regulatory area, QA audits, and inspections (MCA/FDA)
• Performing microbial analysis of raw materials, components, intermediates, and final products
• Environmental monitoring of the site

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent working knowledge
• Experience in microbiology, including environmental control, finished product testing, sterilization, biological indicators, and microbial identification
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and working to GMP standards
• Good understanding of pathogenicity and ecology of microorganisms
