About the Role

We are partnering with a leading investment management company to find a skilled Paraplanner to join their Financial Planning Team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in providing technical research services to Planners and ensuring the preparation of client advice is of the highest quality and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical research services to Planners, ensuring the preparation of client advice is of the highest quality and delivered efficiently.
  • Work closely with Planners and wealth administrators to provide support by answering technical queries on areas such as tax, legislation, and products.
  • Support the development of team members through mentoring, training, and development.
  • Foster a good working culture that is inclusive and encourages personal development.
Requirements
  • Full level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum, working towards chartered status.
  • Strong background in the Financial Services industry.
  • Knowledge of paraplanning and client support processes, and understanding of risk.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and interest in the investment management industry.
  • Familiarity with Voyant software.
  • Ability to manage and delegate tasks quickly, and work with limited supervision to tight deadlines.
