About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people, particularly those with autism, ADHD, or other special needs. You will work closely with experienced therapists and psychologists to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that each student receives the best possible care and education.

As a Specialist School Teaching Support, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to students, assisting teachers with lesson planning, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to student support and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with complex needs, developing and implementing individualized support plans.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, incorporating therapeutic strategies and techniques into classroom activities.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student support and well-being, ensuring that every member of the team is informed and empowered to make a positive impact.
