Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Talent and Capability Development to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will architect Vantage's global capability development strategy, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategically aligned capability development curriculum to enable Vantage employees to develop the skills required to perform highly in their roles and grow with us into the future.
- Lead a team of knowledgeable and dedicated L&D specialists, driving global consistency across core development initiatives, whilst ensuring critical regional requirements are supported.
- Partner with HR and business leaders, providing practical, employee-focused advice and support, and operating as a champion of our Vantage culture and core values.
- Innovate and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with organizational goals and talent needs, identifying current and future capability gaps across the organization.
- Design and implement targeted leadership development programs and enterprise-wide learning curriculum, developing and supervising the design of high-quality, engaging learning content and materials.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management and/or Learning Accreditation, for example CIPD Level 5 Qualification preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Significant Learning and Development experience operating at a senior level, ideally for a global business.
- Experience of organizational and change management in a high-growth business, with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Understanding of workplace and learning trends, and the implications for a global, multi-generational workforce, with experience of both in-person and digital learning onboarding content design.
