Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Principal Product Manager to join our product engineering leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision across Oxa's portfolio and ensuring that strong product management is embedded in every product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership guidance and direction from a product management perspective to product managers and teams across our Engineering function.
  • Shape the product vision across Oxa's portfolio and ensure that it aligns with market demands and our company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric approaches to product development, fostering market awareness and connecting with customers to understand their needs.
  • Build market data and lead teams to make better decisions based on insights from the data.
  • Instill strong product discipline across teams, helping them to build customer-centric product roadmaps.
  • Apply metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance, and use those to create insights that improve the product.
Requirements
  • Track record of creating commercially successful B2B products in a nascent industry.
  • Experience of leading product management (not necessarily by line management) across a large-scale, complex domain.
  • Track record of applying a customer-centric approach and driving it through an organization.
  • Track record of building market data and leading teams to make better decisions based on insights from the data.
  • Track record of instilling strong product discipline across teams, not all of whom have their own product manager, helping them to build customer-centric product roadmaps.
  • Experience of applying metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance, and using those to create insights which you use to improve the product.
  • Exceptionally clear written and verbal communications.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of mobility, e.g. autonomy, or at least deploying products with a hardware element.
About You
  • Loves to be a product visionary, advancing the state of the art where others have never gone before.
  • Simplifier - shaping products to provide customer-centric solutions that make complex challenges look relatively simple.
  • Approachable, confident and comfortable communicating with anyone.
  • Detail oriented - in autonomy the devil is in the detail and the detail is devilish.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary, benchmarked against the market and reviewed annually.
  • Hybrid and/or flexible work arrangements.
  • An outstanding £3,000 flexible benefits including private medical insurance, critical illness coverage, life assurance, EAP, group income protection.
  • A salary exchange pension plan.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • A pet-friendly office environment.
  • Safe assigned spaces for team members with individual and diverse needs.
