**Role Overview:**

The Training and Growth Partnership Lead will play a key role in driving business growth through the delivery of high-quality training programs that engage employees and enhance their skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement training programs that meet our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of QHSE to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and implement innovative training solutions that engage employees and drive business results.

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in training and development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

**What We Offer:**

- Estimated salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- Annual leave of 28 days and increments based on service.
