We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at CastleView Group. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our premises, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen areas, to the highest standards.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout the premises, adhering to health and safety regulations and infection/prevention control procedures.
  • Work closely with the management and care team to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for children and young people.
  • Be professional and welcoming to all visitors.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
  • Thorough attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and understanding personality when working in our homes with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check with Children's Barred List Check.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
