About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Brandon James Ltd in Manchester. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering projects to successful completion, managing and mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth and development of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record in construction projects.
- Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy.
- Membership in a construction-related professional body (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.) is desirable.
- A construction-related degree qualification is beneficial.
- A successful track record leading construction projects from inception to completion, confident across all RIBA stages.
- A proactive approach, ready to handle a range of tasks from high-level management to practical, day-to-day activities.
