Job Description

**Credit Controller and Sales Ledger Administrator**

Job Summary

This is a full-time position in our busy Accounts department at our Nottingham Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales ledger accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales ledger accounts, including opening new credit accounts and ensuring timely payments
  • Process transactions, including posting sales invoices to the ledger and raising credit notes as necessary
  • Manage the sales ledger email boxes and sort the daily post
  • Deal with customer and store queries, providing prompt and effective solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in sales ledger management, coupled with an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
