Job Summary

Holt Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Inspector to join our Quality team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials, including First Offs, In-Process, Goods Inwards, and Final Inspections.
  • Utilize an in-house Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to document inspection findings and track quality metrics.
  • Perform manual inspections using a range of hand tools and equipment.
  • Previous experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and programming is highly desirable.
  • Prepare and conduct First Article Inspections (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102 standards.
  • Support all Quality Assurance systems and processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Experience with FAIR creation and completion to AS9102 standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
  • Background in inspection using CMMs and other precision measurement tools.
