Job Title: PCV Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced PCV driver to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Ltd. As a PCV driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and supplies to community departments, including a post run, pharmacy deliveries, and a confidential waste collection service.

Responsibilities:

* Undertake collection of clinical waste, domestic waste, general waste, confidential waste, and laundry from internal departments and associated properties on the main hospital site.
* Ensure the correct method of storage, disposal, and transportation is complied with and that equipment is locked at all times.
* Report issues as they arise.
* Provide a portering service, including furniture removal and delivery to departments.
* Maintain tidiness of internal and external public areas, including hubs, corridors, entrance areas, and waste compound.
* Accommodate the transfer of patients between departments, associated properties, and residences.
* Assist the Facilities Team Leader as required with emergency evacuation or other emergency situations.
* Drive between locations.

Requirements:

* Standard DBS Police check within a year old.
* Covid Vaccinated (NHS Role).
* Porter Experience.
* British Driving Licence essential (No More than 6 Points).
* Good written and verbal English skills.
* Available Immediately.
* Available Monday - Friday.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position, and the successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday. The role is subject to references and a Disclosure & Baring Service Check.
