About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Broadwood Resources Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, supervising staff, and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy department, including supervision of staff, resources, and patient care services
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction
* Work closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and maintain existing business levels through NHS and private services
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and improve performance

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PhD)
* Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement

Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work 40-45 hours per week on a two-week rota basis, finishing at 5 pm.
