As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing Client/Retail Broker accounts, working with Brokers, Client and Underwriter inquiries, and producing client and market documentation for the placement of risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling Contingency (Non-Appearance) and Personal Accident Risks for Clients and Retail Broker partners
* Working collaboratively with Brokers to assist with the smooth placement of risks
* Effective and timely communication with all clients, delivering an exceptional customer service
* Prepare timely and accurate presentations, renewal reports and other market and client documents
* Creating MRC Slips and Endorsements for the placement of risks
* Assist with development opportunities
* Invite renewals expediently to assist in achieving maximum retention
* Liaising with markets and insurers
Requirements:
* 3 years + experience in working for a Lloyd's Broker within an Account Handling or Technical position
* Experience in creating or reviewing MRC Slips and Endorsements
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills with a 'can do' attitude
