About the Role:

As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing medication administration
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide care and support that is tailored to their individual requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
