  • This role requires experience in managing and motivating teams, with a strong understanding of hygiene and cleaning within a food manufacturing environment.
  • COSHH certification is essential, along with excellent health and safety awareness and relevant industry experience.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, and onsite meals.
  • The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday nights, enjoying a great work-life balance.
