Job Overview

OJ Digital is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on a range of matters including wills, estate administration, trusts, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy, seeking guidance when necessary
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing tailored advice
  • Meticulous case and file management, including diligent risk assessments
  • Advise clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and probate

Requirements:

  • Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
  • Confidence in handling individual caseloads
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000
  • 25 days holiday plus a full week off at Christmas
  • Health insurance
  • Hybrid working (after probation)
