Job Title: Asbestos Expert

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k per annum + Training & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asbestos Expert to undertake a range of analytical duties on commercial, local authority and residential sites.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 4 Stage Clearances and Air Testing as part of a mixed portfolio.
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
  • Record accurate data and write thorough reports.
  • Travel as required for site visits and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in asbestos analysis.
  • BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent).
  • High level of technical knowledge and understanding of UKAS and HSG guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
