About the Role
As a key member of the Harris Federation Head Office team, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our staff. This exciting opportunity requires someone with expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technology-enhanced learning.

Responsibilities
You will oversee the creation of engaging and effective learning content, work closely with stakeholders to understand their training needs, and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve our organisational goals. Additionally, you will assess and refine existing training programs to improve their impact and efficiency.
